• Business Relations: If we collaborate, I process company names, addresses, VAT numbers, and billing details for project execution and legal compliance.

Your data is used strictly for:

• Communication and responding to inquiries or quotes.
• Executing technical engineering tasks (e.g., DevSecOps implementations, infrastructure-as-code).
• Complying with legal and tax obligations (e.g., Belgian tax declarations).

• Encryption: All traffic to this website is encrypted via SSL (TLS).
• Secret Management: Sensitive data, such as API keys and credentials, are never stored in source code (Git). I manage these exclusively through secure environment variables.
• Direct Access: You have direct contact with me. There are no third-party intermediaries with access to your project data or personal information.

5. Data Retention

I do not store your data longer than strictly necessary. Administrative data and invoices are kept for the legal period of 7 years. Project documentation and code are retained for the duration of our collaboration or until a request for deletion is made.
